Mr. Levine has been with Milavetz Injury Law, P.A., for over 30 years. He is the lead attorney in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department and represents injured and deceased workers and their families throughout Minnesota. These cases involve settlements and trials for workers who have sustained significant and/or multiple injuries, payment of medical bills and recovery of wage benefits. He will handle cases dealing with issues that concern past, present and future workers’ compensation benefits.
The representation Mr. Levine provides on workers’ compensation cases is on a contingency fee basis, so we do not receive a fee unless we recover benefits on behalf of the injured worker. In Minnesota, workers’ compensation fees are controlled by statute, so the experience of the attorney you hire is very important to consider.
